FAQ's

1.Can I order from outside the Peninsular Malaysia?

Yes. The order can be made if you are outside Peninsular Malaysia such as East Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Furthermore, you also can order from Singapore, Thailand and Brunei.   

2.What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item. *Please note that an item number is necessary to check the inventory.

3.Can I modify or adjust my order?

No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

4.Do you have a Forever 21 catalog?

Forever 21 does not have a catalog. You may purchase Forever 21 merchandise at any of our retail stores or by ordering online at Forever21.com.  

5. How do I know what size to choose?

Just click the size chart on the website.  

6. How can I pay for my order?

7.When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.
Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Forever 21 reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

8.What if my credit card is denied?

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.

9. What if I haven't received my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order in the website.

10. Why do you ask me to register?

Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of Forever 21 promotions, plus the following additional benefits:
a. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.

b. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
